ABOUT Brian

With 22 years of dedicated service in the Davis County Clerk’s office, I have spent my career ensuring local government works effectively for the citizens of this county. I am running for reelection, bringing the experience and leadership necessary to lead this office with integrity and transparency.

Throughout my years of service, I have developed in-depth knowledge and expertise in the core functions of the office: election administration, records management, data privacy and administrative services.

Since 2013 I have overseen every election in the county. As a Certified Election Registration Administrator (CERA), I possess a deep understanding of election law and the technical expertise required to keep our voting systems secure and accessible.

My commitment to service extends beyond the ballot box. Since 2016, I have managed the Records Division and overseen vital public services like marriage licenses and passports. In 2025, I established the County’s Data Privacy Program and led efforts to protect the personal data and privacy of our citizens.

I have been honored to serve the citizens of our County, and with your support, I look forward to continuing to do so in the future.
