Daivd has a background in mortgage lending and construction supply sales. He is a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and Salt Lake Home Builders serving on or chairing multiple committees in both. He is a GOP Legislature district chair, appointed to the Taylorsville Planning Commission and ran for Utah Legislature in 2018 and 2020.
