Meet Jon

Jon Hawkins has made Pleasant Grove home, and the community is woven into everything he does. He and his wife are raising four children here, and his roots in the area run through volunteer work with Follow the Flag, service on planning commissions, and leadership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Professionally, Jon has spent more than 15 years at Workfront and Adobe, rising through the ranks of sales engineering, solutions consulting, and partner development. He consistently exceeded 100% of quota for 15 consecutive quarters, earned multiple President’s Club awards, and led teams responsible for generating millions in partner co-sales and pipeline growth. He currently serves as Solutions Consulting Manager for Adobe Workfront, where he builds and mentors high-performing teams and drives customer success at scale.

Before tech, Jon worked in marketing and finance at Edelman Worldwide in Washington, D.C., supporting the launch of the 9/11 Commission Report and cultural initiatives with the National Endowment for the Arts. He’s brought that same strategic discipline to the Utah House, where he chairs both the House Economic Development Committee and the Legislative Olympic Coordinating Committee, and serves on the board of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation.

 

What He’s Running On

Economic Development — Jon chairs the House Economic Development Committee, which means he’s not just talking about jobs and business growth — he’s shaping the legislation that drives it. His background building enterprise sales and partner ecosystems at Adobe gives him a private-sector lens that’s rare in a legislative chamber.
