Jon Hawkins is a dynamic and trusted executive with a rare blend of enterprise technology leadership, public service, and community engagement. Over the past two decades, he has built a reputation as a collaborative leader, a principled problem-solver, and a people-first strategist who knows how to align vision with execution. With deep experience in government affairs, Olympic movement leadership, and high-performance enterprise sales, Jon has become a valued advisor and advocate across both public and private sectors.

Professionally, Jon has spent more than 13 years with Workfront and Adobe, rising through the ranks in sales engineering, solutions consulting, and partner development. Known for consistently outperforming expectations, he exceeded 100% of quota for 15 consecutive quarters, was a multi-time President’s Club awardee, and led teams responsible for generating millions in partner co-sales and pipeline growth.

Currently, Jon serves as Solutions Consulting Manager for Adobe Workfront, where he builds and mentors high-performing teams, architects strategic enablement programs, and drives customer success at scale. His leadership style blends strategic foresight with grounded execution—a mindset reinforced by his consulting frameworks and thought leadership in initiatives like Tech Driver Mindset and Using Copilot as Your Copilot.

Before his work in tech, Jon held impactful roles in marketing and finance, including as a manager at Edelman Worldwide in Washington, D.C., where he supported national campaigns such as the launch of the 9/11 Commission Report and cultural initiatives with the National Endowment for the Arts.

Beyond the private sector, Jon is an elected official in the Utah House of Representatives, where he chairs the Legislative Olympic Coordinating Committee and serves on the board of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation. In these roles, he helps guide state-level preparation for the Salt Lake City 2034 Winter Games and supports policy to elevate Utah’s global presence in sport, commerce, and community vitality.

Jon is also a dedicated community leader. He has volunteered with Follow the Flag, served on planning commissions, and remains an active teacher and leader in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His service is guided by a deep sense of personal responsibility and moral integrity, rooted in his faith, family values, and lifelong commitment to high standards.
