Rachel George Terry is the division director for the Utah Division of Risk Management. The Utah Risk Fund participants include state agencies, state institutions of higher education, public school districts, and participating public charter schools. Prior to her appointment, Rachel was the Deputy Director for the Utah League of Cities and Towns and prior to that spent seven years litigating complex civil rights cases for the Utah Attorney General's Office. She worked for the law firm Fabian Vancott for eight years and the Utah Board of Education for two years. Rachel received her BA from Utah State University and her JD from BYU. Rachel has teenage twins and loves hiking and traveling with them.
